ENIHEI's Participation in the CoP FOR-EU4All Proposal for the ERASMUS+ European Universities Call

Fernando Almaraz,

ENIHEI is set to actively participate in the CoP FOR-EU4All proposal for the ERASMUS+ European Universities call, specifically under Topic 2: Community of Practice for European University Alliances.

Following the agreement made during the Aveiro meeting in December, steps were taken to align ENIHEI with the proposal led by the ECIU alliance on behalf of other University Alliances. Thanks to the efforts of Paulo Ferreira, Rector of the University of Aveiro; Meri Georgievska-van de Laar, Erasmus Rotterdam University; and Ricardo Costa, University of Salamanca, ENIHEI received an invitation to the online meeting held on January 15. During this meeting, coordinators Olga Wessels and Ludovic Thilly outlined the proposal for various organizations interested in participation. Consequently, ENIHEI is lined up to contribute as a third-party stakeholder, actively engaging in a working group focused on Innovation.

The FOR-EU4ALL (Forum of European Universities for All) project will serve as a collaborative platform encompassing all current and future university alliances, positioned to be a key element in coordinating European university alliances. ENIHEI will leverage its expertise as an innovation-focused network to contribute meaningfully.

Results from the call are expected by the end of June, with the estimated Grant Agreement signing in November 2024. ENIHEI looks forward to playing a vital role in advancing the objectives of the FOR-EU4ALL project.
